Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Production Team Lead to drive continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost while leading Lean projects and coaching teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a frontline/hourly manufacturing role.
• Excellent verbal communication; informal leadership.
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative.
• Ability to train and coach peers on new processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Lead short, focused improvement projects using Lean tools.
• Train and coach colleagues in Lean techniques (5S, Standard Work, Visual Controls).
• Collaborate with management to communicate challenges and propose solutions.
• Maintain and audit standards to sustain improvements.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
