Job summary

Bacardi-Martini seeks a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to drive operational transformation across our supply operations. You will deploy TPM, BOS, and Lean Six Sigma to eliminate losses and improve safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity.

You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to strengthen KPIs and sustain standardized processes across bottling, bulk, aging, warehousing, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operational Excellence experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and reduce waste.
• Lead cross-functional CI projects with Operations, Quality, and Engineering.
• Own BOS pillars and ensure sustained deployment (OGSM, DDS, Kaizen, 5S).
• Establish and monitor KPIs; analyze data to drive improvements.
