Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to drive operational transformation at our site in Puerto Rico. You will deploy and sustain TPM, TMS, and BOS, leading cross-functional CI initiatives with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, KPI governance, and structured problem solving to deliver safety, quality, and productivity gains across Bottling, Distillation, Warehousing, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operational Excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements to reduce waste and costs.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Own BOS pillars, ensuring effective deployment and sustained adherence.
• Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and report progress to leadership.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and training to spread Lean, Six Sigma, and BOS principles.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive systematic problem solving.
