Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive measurable improvements across its manufacturing network. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and structured problem-solving to develop scalable solutions and standardize best practices.

Collaborate with plant operations and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, lead projects, and deliver outcomes in Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and OEE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in operational excellence or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or PM experience.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM.
• Identify productivity and cost-saving opportunities across line efficiency and throughput.
• Analyze data, build business cases, and track results against targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering.
• Support standardized work, audits, and sharing of best practices across sites.
