Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in California seeks a results-driven continuous improvement professional to lead plant-level Ops Excellence initiatives, develop tools and platforms, and drive operational performance. You will create detailed data analyses from process and financial reports, apply TPM, Lean and Six Sigma methods, mentor front-line teams, and manage pilots and rollout of improvement plans.

Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience, or High School Diploma with 7 to 9+ years of specific experience.
• Preferred Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives within the local manufacturing plant to drive operational performance and develop Operations Excellence tools and platforms to drive transformation.
• Create detailed data analytics utilizing process information and financial reports to assess manufacturing activities and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide expertise, leadership, and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured continuous improvement techniques to all employees within the plant.
• Utilize a hands-on approach in working with the front-line team members to promote and deploy sustainable continuous improvement activities.
• Provide project management leadership to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with and influence all functional areas to ensure the continuous improvement strategy is understood and supported by stakeholders.
• This position may require travel up to 20% of the time.
