Job summary

Bacardi Corporation in Puerto Rico seeks a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to drive operational transformation across its supply operations. The role focuses on deploying TPM, TMS, and continuous improvement methods to eliminate losses and improve Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Productivity.

Collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain leadership, you will lead cross-functional CI initiatives, establish KPIs, and ensure sustained BOS adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence or Logistics.
• Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or TMS.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows to reduce waste, improve throughput, and lower costs.
• Lead cross-functional CI projects with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Own BOS pillars, ensuring deployment and adherence using OGSM, DDS, Kaizen, Gemba walks and 5S.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops and training in Lean and BOS principles.
• Use structured problem solving (5 Whys, fishbone, DMAIC) to identify root causes.
