Job summary
Bacardi is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to drive operational transformation across Supply operations. You will deploy TPM, TMS and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate losses and improve business results.
You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Site Leadership to improve Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, Productivity and Employee Engagement, while leading cross-functional CI initiatives and sustaining BOS pillars
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence or Logistics.
- Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, TMS or similar systems.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Advanced level of English.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows to reduce waste and lower costs.
- Lead cross-functional CI projects with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain.
- BOS pillars ownership and deployment.
- Track KPIs and report progress to management.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and training on Lean methods.
- Perform root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and process maps.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance in all improvements.
