Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain and support manufacturing process machinery in the production areas. You will perform tests, calibrations, repairs, and preventive maintenance, interpreting diagnostic control systems and reading schematics to fix complex equipment.

Responsibilities include installation assistance, tooling development, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Technical school graduate or equivalent in electronic or electromechanical education.
• Three (3) year experience as Electronic Technician or certified industrial mechanic in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry.
• Knowledge in electronic and instrumentation techniques.
• General knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Omron or Hitachi).
• Preventive maintenance software knowledge (Maximo or Oracle).
• Knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps and motors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support manufacturing process machinery in manufacturing areas.
• Perform tests and calibrations, repair or replace components and troubleshoot equipment.
• Interpret diagnostic and repair control systems; dismantle and repair to access defective parts.
• Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance on equipment such as Multivac, sealing machines, vacuum and infusion pumps, molding presses.
• Set up and operate tools to make/repair parts; study blueprints and schematics.
• Assist in installation of new production equipment and instrumentation systems.
• Maintain records and documents; ensure safety, environmental, and security procedures are followed.
• Willing to work extended shifts, weekends, and standby for emergencies.
