Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation in Puerto Rico seeks a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing machinery at the Anasco facility. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC systems, and repair mechanical components to keep production running smoothly.

Requirements include a technical school diploma and 3 years' experience as an electronic technician or industrial mechanic in pharma/medical devices, with English/Spanish language ability.

Qualifications

• Technical School graduate or equivalent in electronic, electromechanical fields.
• Three (3) years of experience as Electronic Technician or certified industrial mechanic in pharma/medical device.
• Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Omron, Hitachi).
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance software (Maximo or Oracle).
• English and Spanish language ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support manufacturing process machinery and equipment.
• Perform tests, calibrations, repairs and component replacements.
• Interpret diagnostic/control system data and troubleshoot operational problems.
• Support installation of new production equipment and tooling.
• Maintain records, spare parts, and safety compliance.
