Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician for third shift (10pm–6:30am, Tue–Sun) to maintain and support manufacturing process machinery. You will perform tests, calibrations, repairs, and preventive maintenance, interpreting diagnostics and ensuring safety standards.

Experience with PLCs, Maximo/Oracle, and HVAC is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish advantageous.

Qualifications

• Technical school graduate or equivalent in electronic/electromechanical field.
• 3+ years as Electronic Technician or certified industrial mechanic in pharma/medical device industry.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and various manufacturers (Allen Bradley/Siemens/GE/Omron/Hitachi).
• Understanding of preventive maintenance programs (Maximo/Oracle).
• Familiarity with HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• English and Spanish communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support manufacturing process machinery and equipment.
• Perform tests, calibrations, repairs or replacements of components.
• Interpret diagnostic data from control systems and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance per procedures and schedules.
• Assist in installation of new production equipment and tooling.
• Maintain orderly workshop and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
