Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Team Manager – ME & Maintenance role. You will drive standardization, continuous improvement, and the Ford Production System within a world-class manufacturing environment.

You will promote a positive culture, manage scheduling, budgets, and start-up activities, and develop leaders across the ME organization. Strong Six Sigma, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years in maintenance and engineering.
• Experience in production environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with all employees and drive a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering teams in production scheduling, staffing, procurement and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate data collection and evaluation for business cases.
• Coach and develop team leaders to manage multi-dollar projects.
• Ensure ME organization activities align with production schedules and budgets.
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.
