Job summary

You’ll manage rotating shifts, develop a high‑performing team, and partner with the union and management to advance process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7+ years supervisory/manufacturing/military experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hourly team to meet production targets.
