Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a dedicated hourly team and drive performance across safety, quality, and efficiency. This salaried role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will oversee daily operations, champion safety, and coordinate with unions and management to achieve production targets while developing your team and reducing downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–7+ years supervisory/manufacturing/military experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Lean / Six Sigma experience or MDMP is a plus.
