Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls
• Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of hourly employees to meet production targets.
• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize efficiency.
• Use data to reduce downtime and defects and report attendance.
