You will champion continuous improvement, apply Six Sigma principles, and mentor engineers and technicians to deliver results on time and within cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related).
• 5 years in maintenance and engineering roles.
• Experience in production environments.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance and engineering teams in production scheduling, staffing, procurement and maintenance of Final Department equipment.
• Lead project writing and data evaluation for sound business cases.
• Coach and teach team members to handle multi-dollar projects.
• Coordinate resources and activities of ME organization to meet production schedule within budget and time constraints.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to production plans across departments.
