Ford Motor Company is seeking a skilled supervisor for our manufacturing facility. You will coach safety, quality, and productivity using standardized work and lead hourly teams to meet production goals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years in supervisory or manufacturing roles. Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus, and a rotating shift including nights/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work.
• Monitor andon occurrences and provide first response as secondary support.
• Verify line safety, smooth operation, and quality production through Process Confirmation.
• Support Continuous Improvement and coach problem resolution to the lowest level.
• Lead and develop Team Leader and Team Member capabilities.
• Provide direction and resources to ensure proper material handling across the facility.
