Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Production experience and ability to interface with plant personnel.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; proven problem-solving skills.
• Union negotiations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standards are in place and maintained across shifts.
• Monitor adherence to manufacturing OS standards throughout the plant.
• Develop and coach teams to meet SQDCPME objectives.
• Provide resources to maintain production flow and corrective actions.
