Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated hourly team, drive safety, and ensure high-quality production. You will focus on people, processes, and measurable results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include championing safety, optimizing operations, leading continuous improvement, and collaborating with unions and suppliers to reach targets. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Lean / Six Sigma experience and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety first: champion workplace safety and enforce regulations.
• Drive operational excellence by leading a team to meet production targets and improve quality.
• Strategic focus and problem solving to allocate resources and prevent issues.
• Lead and develop a high-performing hourly team with a servant leadership style.
