Ford Motor Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead an hourly workforce in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment in the Chicago area. You will align daily execution with strategic goals, drive safety and quality, and relentlessly pursue continuous improvement across productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory/manufacturing/military experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team to meet production targets and promote high performance.
• Act as safety champion, enforcing regulations and culture of vigilance.
• Direct a team to produce high-quality products and hit production targets.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate personnel to maximize efficiency.
• Lead with servant leadership to develop high-performing teams.
• Use data to reduce downtime and defects, and track attendance.
• Identify and solve problems, implement effective corrective actions.
