The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, with Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 familiarity. Expect shift work, travel, and ongoing engineering challenges in a dynamic automotive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience; automotive or battery cell preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of industrial processes, PM planning, and safety.
• Experience with 2D/3D vision systems for robot guidance and metrology.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and travel, including international.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize and innovate using systemic solutions, automation, and process control.
• Manage interaction between systems and upper-level computers; configure parameters.
• Review PM plans and use machine data to drive improvements and constraints.
• Track and improve department KPIs with electronic tools and algorithms.
• Lead Six Sigma projects focusing on efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure equipment performance.
• Establish preventive maintenance plans and mentor technicians.
• Ensure FPS and Safety Operating System practices to prevent injuries.
• Support feasibility on product design changes and model code updates.
