Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a leader to own depth and breadth on all shifts, driving Ford Production System and continuous improvement across a plant department. The role focuses on standardization, change planning, and coaching teams to meet scorecard objectives.

You will supervise production flow, resolve abnormalities, and develop a proactive culture while partnering with plant management to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and the ability to guide teams through change.
• Experience with Ford Production System and union negotiations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead department on all shifts to meet scorecard objectives.
• Standardize practices across workstations and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach teams, resolve issues, and ensure production flow and inputs meet standards.
• Communicate effectively and recognize team contributions to improve morale.
