Job summary
ASML in San Diego is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive manufacturing readiness and technical performance of prototype rigs and modules. You will bridge product development with factory execution, planning builds, supporting integration, testing, and troubleshooting while promoting repeatable, cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications
- Requires bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering.
- Minimum five years in complex manufacturing, prototype, NPI, integration or related environments.
- Experience with high-technology systems (electromechanical, laser, controls).
Responsibilities
- Plan and support prototype test-rig builds and integration.
- Assess readiness of procedures, tooling, and resources.
- Establish safe assembly and test sequences for hardware.
- Coordinate tooling, equipment, and documentation dependencies.
- Capture learnings to improve designs and manufacturing readiness.
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
