• Perform feasibility studies and contribute to architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Oversee detailed design, integration, testing, and documentation to ensure system readiness.
• Support project planning, risk management, and communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with ASML policies.
