Job summary

ASML US, LLC in San Diego is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. You will lead supplier part industrialization from early involvement through readiness for volume production, translating product requirements into robust manufacturing processes and ensuring on‑time delivery.

You will grow into a cross‑functional role, driving NPI readiness, PFMEA/DFMEA, CCPs, and CAPA actions while collaborating with suppliers, SAT, QSM, and engineering teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in industrial engineering, optics, mechatronics, electronics or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's or 7+ years with Master's.
• Hands-on leadership in technical/project management, supplier management, or people management.
• Experience in high-tech industry with industrial engineering, supplier quality, or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead SQE activities and deliverables within projects, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Lead supplier part industrialization through NPI and ramp‑up with SAT input.
• Drive early supplier involvement and address manufacturability risks before qualification.
• Define and align SoW with Engineering, SAT, and suppliers.
• Ensure CTQ, design risk assessments, and lessons learned are addressed.
