Valmont Industries in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering leader to manage the Engineering group and drive cost reduction, lean deployment, and process improvements in a fast-paced production environment.

You will oversee capital projects, tooling development, and cross-functional collaboration to meet production, quality, and cost objectives. Relevant experience and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams toward objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within Manufacturing Engineering and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering group and engineers to achieve divisional goals.
• Manage capital and expense projects from analysis to installation.
• Solve manufacturing cost, capacity, safety, quality, and manufacturability issues.
• Partner with lean team to implement kaizen events, 5S, and lean tools.
• Develop in-house tooling, fixtures, and programs; manage budget and expenses.
• Meet forecasted targets and support training and professional development.
