• Lead Manufacturing Engineering group to meet divisional goals.
• Manage capital and expense projects from analysis to installation.
• Drive cost reductions, capacity planning, and quality improvements.
• Partner with lean team to deploy kaizen, 5S, and lean tools.
• Develop in-house tools, fixtures, and programs.
• Provide budget recommendations and control expenses.
• Develop action plans to meet forecasts and divisional goals.
• Coach and develop subordinates and ensure performance.
