You will provide technical guidance to maintenance, develop standard work, and support lean manufacturing efforts while ensuring safety compliance and efficient operations. The role requires planning and execution of projects, collaboration across departments, and up to 10% travel.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for manufacturing activities including plant layout and process mapping.
• Lead and execute projects supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare justification for new equipment and capital projects.
• Develop standard work instructions and procedures for production processes.
• Coordinate material handling methods and equipment.
• Assist operations to improve productivity, efficiency and quality.
