Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate with lean experience as stated.
• Demonstrated understanding of Lean principles and methodology.
• Ability to motivate and direct people without authority.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and planning skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coach Lean events, coordinate Lean activities, and liaise between teams and management.
• Support Lean metrics, develop visual boards, and communicate data to team members.
