Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required with minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of production processes to improve efficiency, capacity, and cost.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and quality issues.
• Develop and implement process flows, layouts, and line strategies for new or transferred production lines.
• Lead supplier evaluation including capability assessment, tolerances, and tooling design review.
• Lead CIP and Lean initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Coordinate and drive updates to process documentation and standardization efforts.
• Lead capital equipment selection, implementation, and validation activities.
• Provide technical guidance to entry–level engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Process routing ownership and optimization.
• Capacity planning and line balancing.
• Work center cost and performance analysis.
