Job summary

Jobot in Greeneville, TN is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead development and optimization of production processes, improve efficiency, capacity, and cost. This on-site, permanent role requires hands-on leadership and deep knowledge of Lean and CIP.

• Coordinate and drive updates to process documentation and standardization efforts.
• Lead capital equipment selection, implementation, and validation activities.
• Provide technical guidance to entry–level engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Process routing ownership and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and optimization of new and existing production processes to improve efficiency, capacity, and cost.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and quality issues.
