Qualifications

• Lead research, design and development of manufacturing processes for high-volume automotive operations.
• Experience using Siemens Tecnomatix, Siemens NX and FlexSim to simulate production environments.
• Master’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of end-to-end manufacturing system engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce cost and improve productivity.
• Oversee design, development, testing, sourcing, and evaluation of tools and equipment for manufacturing methods.
• Lead plant layout, material flow systems, and ERP usage (Plex UX), with IQ/OQ/PQ process validation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and manage capital project timelines.
