Employbridge is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, optimize processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a hands-on manufacturing environment in South Carolina. You will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to boost efficiency and resolve production challenges.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related experience, strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills, and a proven track record in Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in improving manufacturing processes and production efficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support daily manufacturing operations and production activities.
• Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and workflow.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and production issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support processes involving welding, laser cutting, fabrication, and production line operations.
• Partner with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and downtime.
• Create and update work instructions and standardized operating procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel.
