Jobot is seeking a Plant Manager for an industrial manufacturing facility in Johnson City, TN. You will lead production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and EHS, shaping the plant's strategy and performance.

The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, union workforce experience, and a track record of cost savings and operational improvements. On-site leadership with focus on safety, reliability, and Lean/GX approaches will be essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership including plant management.
• Experience overseeing a manufacturing organization of 150+ employees.
• Background in metals, chemicals, electroplating, plastics, or comparable industrial manufacturing.
• Lean or Six Sigma training preferred; PSM-regulated environment experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and EHS functions.
• Own plant budgets, operating costs, staffing plans, and capital investment priorities.
• Develop managers and supervisors through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
• Improve throughput, equipment availability, labor productivity, scrap, and on-time delivery.
• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, root cause investigations, and sustainable process improvements.
