Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing/assembly operations.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing documentation tools.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience implementing CAPEX projects.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for assembly.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPEX and corrective actions for process issues.
• Support new product introduction related to manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate to implement lean manufacturing and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead implementation of CAPEX projects.
• Provide technical support and training for production personnel.
• Optimize material movement using lean principles and kanban systems.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies (AGVs, AMRs, digital kanban, storage).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
