You will apply digital manufacturing tools and drive lean initiatives while ensuring quality standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, high-volume production support, and integration of advanced tooling to improve capability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Engineering Technology Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end manufacturing system engineering experience, including facility-scale production design and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, design, and development of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Use digital tools to simulate and validate complex production environments.
• Diagnose and resolve manufacturing failures in high-pressure settings.
• Apply GD&T and ASME Y14.5 standards in dimensional analysis.
• Lead lean initiatives for cost reductions and productivity gains.
• Oversee tool and equipment design, testing, and sourcing.
• Drive product and process analysis for quality and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor packaging and material flow for new product launches.
• Lead plant layout development and PFEP implementation.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance.
• Manage supplier relationships to optimize packaging and quality.
• Coordinate capital projects and ensure on-time delivery.
