Job summary

Motus Integrated Technologies is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Spartanburg, SC to lead high‑impact manufacturing initiatives, champion Lean/Six Sigma, and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements across the plant.

You will mentor engineers, develop and standardize processes, support new product launches, lead capital projects, and partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent STEM degree.
• 8–12+ years in process/manufacturing engineering in high-volume environment.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and track record of CI.
• Experience with new product launches, PFMEA, capital equipment procurement.
• CAD software experience (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex process improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Serve as technical leader for manufacturing/assembly operations and process engineering activities.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues and implement preventive actions.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
