Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to develop and enhance manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, quality, cost and throughput improvements. You will coordinate design and development of new processes, systems, and equipment—both automated and non-automated—and serve as a SME for manufacturing issues.

You will lead lean initiatives, support product design, and mentor others in process improvement, while using CAD, ERP, and automation experience to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• CAD experience in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is required.
• ERP or manufacturing software experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC, PLC, or robotics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for safety, quality, cost and throughput.
• Coordinate design and development of new processes, systems and equipment.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and cost justifications.
• Support product design and production during implementation of changes.
• Create tooling and fixtures aligned with zero-defect goals.
