Job summary

Stellantis North America is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer - UPE to lead the manufacturing engineering functions for powertrain tray/frame, casting, components, engine, and transmission programs across NA. You will guide a team to develop and launch processes that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

The role includes overseeing RFQs, sourcing, design and installation of facilities, and driving standardization across plants with SIS methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or related field.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to translate technical data for executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Manufacturing Engineering functions for NA powertrain programs.
• Oversee RFQs, sourcing, design, and installation of manufacturing systems.
• Manage NM/NNM programs and facilities aspects from site prep to machine install.
• Drive standardization across plants and deployment of SIS tools.
• Support chassis and powertrain components manufacturing processes.
