Job summary

Stellantis seeks a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer - UPE (Assembly) to lead Manufacturing Engineering for North America powertrain programs (battery tray/frame, casting, components, engine, and transmission). Guide the team to launch processes meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals for NM/NNM/adaptation projects.

Role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and driving SIS initiatives, standardizing plant facilities, managing RFQs, and delivering on time

Qualifications

• BS/engineering or tech with automotive manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and present data clearly.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 21–40%.

Responsibilities

• Assess process changes and investment needs for cost studies.
• Oversee RFQ's, design, manufacturing and installation of facilities/equipment.
• Manage NM/NNM programs and site preparation activities.
• Lead SIS deployment and systematic root-cause problem solving.
