Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer - UPE to lead NA powertrain manufacturing engineering, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost goals across NM, NNM, and adaptation programs.

You will guide an engineering team, manage process changes, RFQs, sourcing, design, and installation of facilities and equipment, and promote SIS-driven improvements across plants with 21%–40% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology with relevant experience.
• Ability to translate data into executive summaries and presentations.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering functions for NM/NNM and adaptation programs.
• Oversee RFQs, sourcing, design, installation, and qualification of facilities and equipment.
• Guide SIS methodology deployment and root-cause problem solving.
• Drive standardization and cost-out initiatives across plants.
• Travel 21-40% as required.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
