Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer - UPE to lead all Manufacturing Engineering functions for North America powertrain programs, including tray/frame, casting, components, engine and transmission initiatives.

You will guide an engineering team to develop and launch safe, quality-driven, on-time, and cost-effective processes for NM, NNM, and adaptation projects, while driving standardization across plants and supporting SIS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or high school diploma/GED with 5 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and executive summary presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering functions for NA powertrain programs.
• Oversee RFQs, sourcing, design, and installation of facilities and process equipment.
• Manage NM and NNM program facilities and site readiness.
• Drive SIS methodology deployment and root-cause problem solving.
• Support integrity of powertrain manufacturing processes across plants.
