Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer - UPE (Assembly) to lead NA manufacturing engineering for powertrain components and assemblies. You will guide an engineering team to develop and launch safe, high-quality processes within cost targets for NM, NNM, and adaptations.

Responsibilities include directing RFQ scopes, defining engineering work, and deploying SIS tools to drive root-cause analysis and process standardization across plants in the NAFTA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology or equivalent with manufacturing exp.
• Ability to translate data into executive summaries for leadership.
• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities across functions.
• Experience implementing SPW principles in bargaining unit environments.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale automotive programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering for NA powertrain programs.
• Oversee RFQ scope, sourcing, design, and installation of process fixtures and filtration.
• Prioritize NM/NNM program requests and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead SIS deployment and root-cause problem solving across plants.
• Drive standardization of processes and equipment; support facilities build-out.
