Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical/Controls Engineer to plan, implement, and maintain production processes for powertrain battery tray/frame, casting, components, engine, and transmission programs in North America. The role requires collaboration across engineering teams to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives while supporting NM/NNM and adaptation programs.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering/manufacturing required.
  • Strong ability to translate technical data into executive summaries and to communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assessments for process changes and related investment requirements for cost studies.
  • Support and prioritize NM/NNM powertrain program requests ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.
  • Support NM/NNM facilities aspects including site preparation and machine installation.
  • Drive standardization across plants and participate in SIS methodology deployment.
