• 4–7 years in consulting or equivalent industry roles with ownership of end‑to‑end physical AI or automation solutions.
• Experience delivering production solutions in real operating environments (manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations).
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end architecture for engagements spanning perception, modeling/simulation, and robotics/automation execution.
• Set engineering standards, CI/CD, and testing practices for models and edge systems.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of systems in physical environments.
• Lead and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants; act as trusted client advisor.
