Qualifications

• 6–10 years in consulting or equivalent delivery leadership roles.
• Proven ownership of complex, end-to-end physical AI or automation engagements — spanning perception, modeling, and execution.
• Demonstrated experience delivering production solutions with measurable business outcomes in real operating environments.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client & Engagement Leadership: Own day-to-day client leadership across complex Physical AI engagements, partnering with business, operations, and technology leaders to frame problems and define success metrics.
• Technical & Delivery Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership across the physical AI stack without being the primary engineer; validate architectural decisions for scalability, reliability, safety, and maintainability.
• Delivery Oversight: Lead teams of Managing Consultants and others; ensure engineering discipline, MLOps, and Responsible AI/safety standards are applied consistently.
• Team & Practice Development: Coach and develop delivery leaders and high-potential team members; support opportunity shaping and client expansion.
