Qualifications

• Proven ownership of end-to-end physical AI or automation engagements.
• Experience delivering production solutions with measurable outcomes in real operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client leadership across complex Physical AI engagements.
• Manage scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations across concurrent workstreams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across the physical AI stack without being the primary engineer.
• Validate architectural decisions for scalability, safety, and maintainability.
• Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of production physical AI systems, including robotics/automation.
• Lead teams of Managing Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Consultants across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure engineering discipline, MLOps, and Responsible AI standards are applied consistently.
• Coach and develop delivery leaders and contribute to proposals and accelerators.
