Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Wayfinders Managing Consultant – Physical AI to lead end‑to‑end architecture for complex engagements spanning perception, modeling, and robotics. You will drive standards, CI/CD, and responsible AI practices while overseeing deployment in real-world environments and guiding senior consultants.

Ideal candidate has 4–7 years in consulting with production solutions in manufacturing or logistics, and a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in consulting or equivalent roles, with ownership of physical AI or automation solutions.
• Experience delivering production solutions in manufacturing, warehouse/logistics, or industrial ops.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end architecture for engagements across perception, modeling/simulation, and robotics/automation execution.
• Set engineering standards, CI/CD, and testing practices for models and edge systems.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of physical systems.
• Lead and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants; contribute to proposals and IP.
