Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Wayfinders Managing Consultant for Physical AI in the U.S. to lead end-to-end engagements, spanning perception, modeling, and robotics/automation execution.

You will own architecture and guide delivery hands-on, with a focus on scalable and secure production systems. Responsibilities include setting engineering standards, overseeing deployment and lifecycle management, and ensuring Responsible AI and governance across engagements.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in consulting or equivalent roles leading physical AI, automation, or intelligent operations solutions.
• Experience delivering production-grade solutions in real operating environments (manufacturing, logistics, industrial ops).
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for engagements spanning perception, modeling/simulation, and robotics/automation execution.
• Decide when to apply rules-based logic, ML, computer vision, LLMs, or hybrids.
• Design for scalable, safe, and secure production environments.
