Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Wayfinders Associate Partner for Physical AI in the US. You will lead senior client engagements, define technical standards, and own critical architectural decisions across a portfolio of physical AI programs.

The role requires 8+ years in leadership of physical AI initiatives, with strong delivery records and deep expertise in computer vision, sensors, digital twins, and robotics. Relocation support may be limited.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading senior technical programs in Physical AI or automation.
• Proven delivery of production solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Advanced degree preferred; deep hands-on experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing technical strategy and architecture for Physical AI programs.
• Own delivery of high-value projects and mentor teams to delivery leadership.
• Develop reference architectures and reusable accelerators for AI, automation, and robotics.
