Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Managing Consultant for Physical AI within its Wayfinders consulting group. You will own end-to-end architecture for complex engagements in physical AI, spanning perception, modeling, and robotics execution, while leading delivery and client relationships.

Responsibilities include setting engineering standards, overseeing deployment in production environments, and mentoring senior staff.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in consulting or equivalent roles with ownership of physical AI solutions spanning perception, modeling and execution.
• Track record delivering production solutions in manufacturing, warehouse/logistics, or industrial operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for engagements across perception, modeling/simulation and robotics execution.
• Set engineering standards, CI/CD, and testing for models, edge systems, and automation logic.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of physical environments.
• Lead and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants; act as trusted client advisor.
